Hi!  I am Purificacion T. delos Santos, a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC#0017305) in the Philippines.  I am a member of the Philippine Association of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).  I am also a member of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards Inc. (PAREB).

I was a member and former Treasurer of the Chamber of Real Estate Builders Association Inc.-Laguna Chapter (CREBA-Laguna) and Calamba-Laguna Real Estate Board Inc. (CLRB or PAREB-Laguna).

Having moved to Coron, Palawan from The Netherlands in October 2013 and resuming to practice my real estate profession in this beautiful place we now call our home, I am now a member of Palawan Real Estate Board (PALREB). PALREB is the Palawan Chapter of Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards, Inc. (PAREB), the biggest and most prestigious real estate professional association in the Philippines.

Presently, I do real estate brokerage (freelance) with focus on Coron and Busuanga, Palawan properties. This is in addition to organic gardening which is my passion.

We are now residing at Fernvale Living & Leisure Subdivision, Poblacion 6, Coron, Palawan, Philippines.

EXPERIENCES IN PHILIPPINE REAL ESTATE

  • As General Manager, Makiling Realty Sales and Development Corporation (MARESCO), Calamba City, Laguna, Philippines.  MARESCO is an affiliate of Luzon Development Bank.
  • As Accounting Manager, Jamaica Realty and Management Corporation, Parañaque City, Philippines
  • As Financial Analyst, Finance Officer, and then, as Finance Services Chief, National Housing Authority, Quezon City, Philippines

 As a Certified Public Accountant, I was a partner of RSantiago, PdelosSantos, MVerzosa & Co., Certified Public Accountants, a financial auditing firm with office address at Rm. 207 Mariwasa Bldg., 717 Aurora Blvd., Quezon City, Philippines from 1997 – 2012.

In the Netherlands, I was volunteer bookkeeper (vrijwilliger boekhouder) of Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA-Nederland) in November 2009 – April 2011.
